Ending Apathy “The Tattoos Are the Only Reason I’m Cool”

Ending Apathy’s debut single “The Tattoos Are the Only Reason I’m Cool” is an indie-emo success.

Ending Apathy know exactly who they are from the get go, and that kind of focus in a musical project is a great launching point. Taking on an almost talk singing styles of emo greats, the vocals will feel familiar and comfortable to new listeners. But while taking on this style, Jade still conveys a catchy melody sung in almost a way that feels like we’re sitting around a camp fire sharing our embarrassing feelings.

Musically we are locked in on this dreamy and twinkly sound that always compliments and serves the song, rather than taking it over. Towards the end we hit some classic cliches of the voicemail recording as we head towards our final choruses.

All of us in the area have been really excited about this new band and really look forward to what the have coming next.
